Suggested Use

Take 3 times daily after meals using the included measuring spoon: 15 years and older: 1 g (3 level spoons); 5 to 14 years: 2/3 g (2 level spoons); 3 months to 4 years: 1/3 g (1 level spoon). Under 3 months: Do not take.
